Program Details
  • Available at no charge to customers of Fortified Financial Services
  • Provides access to discounted tire purchases and services
  • Simply show your discount card at time of purchase
Billing Method
  • Carrier Customers of Fortified Financial Services must pay for services rendered via their own credit, debit card, or ComCheck. The discount card offered is not a credit card.
  • If service is performed, the Unit#, Wheel Position, Odometer Reading, Reason for Removal and Disposition of the tire must be included on the DR by the TCi Service Center.
  • TCi will complete all billing within 7 days of the service provided.
Emergency Road & Fleet Service

  • ERS regular service hours (7:30am-5:30pm) Monday through Friday
  • After hours (5:30pm – 7:30am) Saturday, Sunday & Holidays will be billed with a 2 hour minimum
  • All ERS service is billed hourly portal to portal and is inclusive of all piece work
  • Fleet Standards of 100 psi and Steer and Drive Pull Points – 4/32 will be used unless carrier prefers other standards
Casing Buy Back Specifications - Casing Sizes LP22.5, 11R22.5 & 11R24.5
  • $35 credit will be issued on invoice for casings that are deemed retreadable at time of removal (would exclude tires with obvious irreparable damage such as blow outs, steel showing, etc.)
  • Casings purchased in the program must be 5 years or newer and not previously retreaded and must be a major brand such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Yokohama, BF Goodrich, or General/Continental.
  • Sell in casings are sold to Fortified Financial Services Carrier Customers @ $80 each for the following sizes meeting the above criteria 11R22.5 & LP22.5 (includes sizes 275/80R22.5 and 295/75R22.5)
  • Casings that are obvious scrap should have no credit issued and a scrap tire disposal fee should be charged on the DR.
On Time Done Right Service Guarantee
  • TCi will provide service to you within 30 minutes of the established estimated time of their service vehicle’s arrival (ETA), if not, the service call is FREE!
  • In shop services will be completed within 30 minutes of TCi’s time commitment, or your next service call is FREE!
  • The TCi Service Guarantee includes the following terms & conditions:
    • TCi must be notified of a missed commitment within 24 hours of the service call
    • This guarantee is limited to the price of the service call. All other charges apply
